    MEDIP stands for Medical Image Processor, which is a software to represent human anatomy for clinical analysis and medical intervention. MEDIP supports all DICOM files (CT, MRI, etc) and converts sequential 2D modular medical images into a 3D model that also can be exported as a Stereolithography (STL) file so you can use for 3D printing, VR, AR, etc.

    Deep-learning Based One-click Segmentation

    After segmentation through MEDIP, the DICOM files can be exported in a raw file format, allowing anatomical annotations of an ROI. Medical IP uses this ground truth data set to develop one-click organ segmentation features.
